Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of VintedBot (the “Service”) — a browser extension and app that help you create and manage second-hand clothing listings. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What VintedBot does
VintedBot helps you generate listings from your photos and manage your own marketplace account. It runs inside your own logged-in session on your device. You are responsible for the listings you create and for complying with the rules of any marketplace you use.
2. Not affiliated with Vinted
VintedBot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted or any other marketplace. Marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners. Automating a marketplace may be contrary to that marketplace's own terms; you use these features at your own risk and on your own account.
3. Credits & payments
- Credits. Managed AI is paid for with credits (1 credit = 1 AI listing). New accounts receive a number of free credits. Purchased credits are added to your balance and do not expire.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record.
- Refunds. Because credits are consumed as you use them, purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support for any billing issue.
- Bring your own key. If you use your own AI provider key, you pay that provider directly and no credits are used.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate a marketplace's terms in a way that harms others. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law permits.
5. Your content & takedowns (DMCA)
You are solely responsible for the photos, text and other content you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Do not upload content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Takedowns. If you believe content processed or made available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@vintedbot.org with: your contact details, identification of the work, the material's location, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement that the notice is accurate. We will remove or disable infringing material and, where required, register a DMCA designated agent.
- Repeat infringers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.
6. Dispute resolution & class-action waiver
For users in the United States: any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and VintedBot waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the rest of this section does not apply to that claim.
For consumers in the EU/EEA and other regions: nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts; those rights apply regardless of the paragraph above.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Marketplaces change their systems frequently, and features may break or be interrupted. We do not guarantee sales, views, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VintedBot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or account actions taken by a marketplace. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory EU consumer rights).
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
