Delete your SnapBot account

Option 1 - in the app (instant)

1. Open SnapBot and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 - by email (no app needed)

Email support@vintedbot.org from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my SnapBot account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and sign-in profile
• Your credit balance, plan and credit history
• Your app usage events

What is kept

• Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, which they keep for tax and accounting under their own policies.
• Nothing else: we never store your photos or your marketplace login. Cancelling an active subscription is done in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
